Dear Joyce,
On behalf of the Independent Order of Vikings let me THANK YOU and
everyone at UTG for the continued successful relationship we have
between our two organizations. Your agreement to extend our contract shows
that UTG is committed to the IOV for many years to come.
Having the regulatory and administrative burden of the insurance operation
lifted from us has been a blessing and allowed the IOV to focus on our
true purpose of fraternal brotherhood and making a difference in our
communities. The financial turnaround of our Fraternal during these tough
economic times has not been overlooked by our Grand Council and certainly
much of the credit for this belongs to UTG.
Our Third Party Administration arrangement was entered into with lots of
anxiety about each others role and more particularly the control of our
Fraternal. However all of our concerns were quickly resolved as UTG has
been a true business professional by providing advice but leaving the
decision to the IOV.
Please relay to all of the staff of UTG our Thanks for the great service
provided to each of our members. We look forward to working with you for
many years to come.
