Serving you is our number one priority. Each member of our team of specially trained Customer Service Representatives has an average of nearly twenty-five years of experience in the customer service industry.


Working closely with the Premium Accounting and Underwriting departments, we are dedicated to friendly, personal service by providing:

  • Customer Service Representatives to take your call. You’ll never be connected to an automated menu when you call us.

  • Office hours. You may reach a Customer Service Representative by phone Monday through Thursday, 7 am through 5 pm (CST) and Fridays, 7 am through 3:00 pm (CST.)

  • Licensed agents on staff to assist you with questions and advice about your policy.

  • Quick access to frequently used forms, via Internet.
