Can I change my dividend option?



If your policy earns dividends, they can be paid to you in cash, deposited at interest, used to reduce your premium or your outstanding policy loan, or to purchase additional life insurance.

Can I stop making premium payments without sacrificing my coverage?


It’s important to make the premium payments on your policy to protect your valuable coverage. However, there may be options available to help you if you are unable to make your payments.


Depending on the type of policy you own, you may be able to use the current cash value of your policy to purchase a paid up policy. You may also qualify for an Automatic Premium Loan.

Can I increase the amount of coverage on my policy?


Many policies offer an option to increase coverage. Just call us at 800-323-0050 or click here to e-mail your request for more information. One of our specially trained Customer Service Representatives will assist you with your options.

Can I reinstate my policy that has lapsed?


Your policy may be qualified for reinstatement with proof of insurability. To apply for reinstatement you must complete a Reinstatement Application and pay past due premiums. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-323-0050 for the appropriate Reinstatement Form and the amount of premium due.
